Our Alcohol support group is for men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There is no cost for the service; we are self-supporting through our own contributions.
Anxious Minds is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organisation or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.
Due to the current coronavirus threat we have closed our centres.
Our counsellors now offer telephone support from home Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and you can be put through to one by calling ..
You can also get support online by joining our Facebook Group
We are making an urgent appeal for support to offer telephone and video counselling and psychotherapy services to people affected by COVID-19. With your support we can help families and front-line workers affected by this deadly disease.
